What's the difference between Cort-Eaze and Estro-Cort?

Cort-Eaze main target is lowering stress hormone (cortisol) while Estro-Cort targets lowering excess estrogen.

Should I take Estro-Cort if on birth control or breast feeding?

Pregnancy is a very special time and every case is going to have different needs. This is why we never recommend taking supplements while pregnant or breast feeding without prior consultation of your primary care provider.

Can I take Cort-Eaze and Adrena-Health at the same time?

You can take both, but not exactly at the same time. Cort-Eaze and Adrena-Health have somewhat opposite effects. Cort-Eaze essentially calms you while Adrena-Health gives you energy. Most people take Cort-Eaze before bed (if they have trouble sleeping) and Adrena-Health upon waking (if they have trouble getting out of bed. Also at the “mid-day slump”). However others are “wired” in the morning and feel anxious, in which case they would want to take more Cort-Eaze and NOT Adrena-Health.

What's the difference between Cort-Eaze and Relax Liposomal?

Both help calm the body but work on DIFFERENT pathways. Cort-Eaze works on the stress hormone pathway while Relax works on the neurotransmitters pathway. Some people need both products while others may just need one or the other.

How long are my products good for?

Our products are good for 2 years after the printed the MFG date typically located on the bottom of the bottle.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders including overnight orders usually ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm EST ship the following Monday. To prevent delays in processing your order please make sure the billing address matches that associated with the credit card you are using.

International orders

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Packages abandoned at the border due to customs fees are non-refundable. These do not get returned to us. They are disposed of in the receiving country.
Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

My cold pack was not solid ice cold upon arrival, why?

Cold packs are included with some of our products during the hotter months of the year. Please know that these are meant to maintain product temperatures through the transit process. Note also that these may not be frozen or cold to the touch upon arrival.

Why is my discount code not working and I'm getting an error?

Currently the system is set up in a way that we are not allowed to combine discounts of any type. In the case where 2 codes are attempted the system will go with the one that provides the best discount for the customer.

What is the refund policy for items?

NuEthix Formulations may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from the nuethix.com website only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging.
  • Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if purchased through nuethix.com, unopened, and sealed in original packaging.
  • You must provide the Order number received when you placed your order on nuethix.com.
  • The merchandise must be received by NuEthix Formulations within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.

If you need to make a return, please email us during our business hours 10:00-5:00 Eastern Time Monday-Friday before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Order number. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be given instructions on how to complete the process. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is Route Package Protection?

Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. What is Carbon Neutral Shipping?

Route is covering the cost to neutralize shipping emissions when you add Package Protection at checkout. Package Protection Shipping includes package protection includes the additional benefit that your shipment is carbon neutral. By adding Package Protection to your cart, you're automatically taking instant climate action – no donation required.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.

When Should I File a Claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date. For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. All of Route’s policies are listed here.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

You can file a shipping issue here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

NuEthix Formulations does not allow products to be advertised online for less than 10% below full MSRP.

Additionally, NuEthix Formulations does not allow the resale of products on marketplace platforms such as Jet, Walmart, Amazon, etc without express written consent, with a maximum allowed advertised discount of no more than 10% bellow full MSRP.

Any account found to be in violation of the NuEthix Formulations MAP policy, either by advertising at a price lower than the allowed MAP, or selling on marketplace platforms without express written consent from NuEthix is subject to immediate termination of their wholesale account.
