The glycerin is vegetable and it is vegan friendly.
There is 5% per serving (which is expressed as a decimal so .05). Depending on if you have the new or old bottle of it, it would be as follows: New 50mg x 5% = 2.5mgs/serving and Old 25mg x 5%= 1.25mgs/serving
Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Glycerin, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Potassium Sorbate.
DIRECTIONS: Place one full dropper (1ml) under the tongue mornings, and repeat evenings. Hold each dose for 2 minutes then swallow. With more intense symptoms, may do up to 4 equally spaced 1ml doses per day.
