Cort-Eaze is vegetarian and vegan and does not contain gelatin in the capsules.
We highly recommend using Cort-Eaze (2 capsules) and Relax Liposomal (2 full droppers) together about 30-40 minutes before bed for good sleep. You can also take Cort-Eaze during the day when you feel high stress. If you have any trouble getting out of bed even after getting restful sleep (after adding in these 2 supplements), you could consider also adding in Adrena-Health in the morning to get you going and help with adrenal stress.
Cort-Eaze essentially lowers cortisol and if someone is really tired in the morning it typically means cortisol is super low in the morning already (it's supposed to be high in the morning and low at night). So, you would not want to take Cort-Eaze in the morning if you’re already tired. Cort-Eaze is good in the morning for people whose cortisol is too high, which means they wake up stressed, or hit the ground running, super intense and too revved up. Most take it in the evening about 30 min prior to bed.
Yes, Cort-Eaze is safe to use with SSRI’s! The key ingredients in Cort-Eaze are maral root, phosphatidylserine, and Magnolia Bark. None of them have contraindications with Prozac. It's always best to consult a doctor if you're concerned, but there shouldn't be any contraindications between the two.
