DIRECTIONS: This product can be used pre-workout or intra workout. If you are 110lbs or less, 1 scoop will be excellent. If you are over 110lbs and under 200lbs, 2 scoops will be your desired dosing.

I’ve tried drinking this 4 times and every time it made me feel real sick to my stomach and didn’t feel any energy. Maybe would work for others?
NFNuEthix Formulations3 years agoWe are so sorry this made you so sick! If you were drinking it on an empty stomach, that could explain the upset especially if you do have a sensitive stomach. This product can be used anytime, but typically is better absorbed if there is some food in the stomach.
