I’ve been taking Gut Defender for about 6 weeks now and added in FloraProtect 2 weeks ago along with intermittent fasting. I have had recurring SIBO-C for the past couple years and have not been able to find long term relief. I noticed a huge improvement with Gut Defender alone, but adding in the probiotic gives my GI the almost indescribable sense of calm that I almost never feel after eating a meal. My GI just feels at peace, idk how else to describe it. I also implemented IF (18/6) and these three combined have been working magic! Daily BMs and a happy GI! What more could you ask for.
