I LOVE this product so much because it does what it says! It kills the harmful bacteria in my gut with little to no harm to the good bacteria in my gut. For years I suffered from terrible pain and nausea due to poor eating habits. I found this product when I was desperate for relief from being constantly sick and also tired of spending all of my money on products that did not work for me. I've been taking this product for at least two years. I take four capsules with a meal or on an empty stomach and both seem to work for me. I made the mistake of running out once and spent about 3 weeks in absolute misery without my capsules. Now I make sure I have them all the time even when I travel. This is a GREAT PRODUCT! I'm so grateful for the relief from gut issues and the ability to enjoy eating meals again.
