    Good results but still early on

    I ajave been looking for a multi vitamin that can help with low energy levels and overall fatigue. It only been a few days but I feel a slight improvement in my energy levels so waiting to complete the bottle but it's going well so far

    Nu Multi

    We cannot tell as much difference with these vitamins, but I trust them since they come from NuEthix. I am afraid we cant assimilate other vitamins as well as these. NuEthix tests their supplements and makes sure they really work before releasing them.

    I would recommend them very highly, since I dont trust a lot of others.

    Can Definitely Tell When I Don't Take It

    I'm very forgetful with vitamins and if I forget these I can tell. My skin, my hair, overall stamina to get through the work day has improved.

Yes, the B12 and Folate are Methyl form in this product.
Why is Nu-Multi not vegan?
This product contains vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is not vegan/vegetarian as it is sourced from lanolin (sheep's wool). Any vitamin D3 on the market claiming to be vegan/vegetarian is most likely lying in their marketing as we are not aware of another form/source of vitamin D3.
How often can I take this?
You can take 3 capsules of Nu-Multi, once a day or spread out through the day.
