Opti-Pure is an aggressive phase 1 and 2 liver support designed to help heal the liver, upregulate liver metabolism for higher intensity of elimination, and a more complete nutrient support for the liver in all its duties.
These products work great together for optimal brain and immune function. They can be taken at the same time. Recommended dosing for both products is 3 capsules once daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Opti-Pure can be taken year round for support at one serving. For an aggressive detox, double the serving for 14 days. (Metagenics detox questionnaire for more specific time frame)
All 3 capsules with your first meal is best.
