As you know we were founded on four pillars: honesty, integrity, transparency and truth. We take these pillars very seriously and we are committed to the utmost quality in the industry. It has recently come to our attention that our standard of quality is not being met with the most recent lot of Relax Liposomal. We have launched a full internal investigation but early indications cause us to believe the issue stems from faulty droppers that aren't sealing fully which in turn is allowing air into the bottles and causing some odd coagulation. This has not yet been confirmed but in the spirit of transparency we are sharing what we know so far. There does not appear to be any safety concerns, however the product falls well below our quality standards so we have decided to pull the entire lot while we work to produce a new lot that is back up to our high quality standards.
If you have received one of these faulty units please send us a picture of the lot number as well as a photo of the issue you experience and we will put you on a list to receive a free bottle once the new lot is complete. We will also send you a discount code for your next order as a token of our appreciation for your patience and support as we work to resolve the problem. We very much value each and every one of our customers and we are extremely disappointed this has happened.
