    Consult your doctor first!

    I had high hopes for Cort-Eaze. I was looking for something natural that would help regulate sleep and lower cortisol levels. After two weeks, I started having joint pain and swelling. Week three was so much worse and added in weight gain. I stopped taking it two days ago and can already feel the difference in my joints. I should have looked into all the ingredients and consulted my doctor prior to starting it. I have allergies and one reacted with an ingredient ((Maral) Root Extract) can react if you have an allergy to Ragweed.

    All of this to say, check with your doctor prior to starting anything - even a supplement. It did help with sleep so now onto finding something else to help with.

    Eat better sleep

    I love this supplement. I sleep so sound and wake up feeling completely rested. I also have a toddler and it's nice having something that aids my sleep but isn't a sedative so I know I can wake up if I'm needed.

    This is it!

    Cort Eaze has really changed things for me in the best way. I truly love this product. It has helped me sleep better, I no longer wake up at 2-3AM or feel fatigued in the morning. Will Cort-Eaze help me sleep?
We highly recommend using Cort-Eaze (2 capsules) and Relax Liposomal (2 full droppers) together about 30-40 minutes before bed for good sleep. You can also take Cort-Eaze during the day when you feel high stress. If you have any trouble getting out of bed even after getting restful sleep (after adding in these 2 supplements), you could consider also adding in Adrena-Health in the morning to get you going and help with adrenal stress.
Why should I take Cort-Eaze?
Cort-Eaze essentially lowers cortisol and if someone is really tired in the morning it typically means cortisol is super low in the morning already (it's supposed to be high in the morning and low at night). So, you would not want to take Cort-Eaze in the morning if you’re already tired. Cort-Eaze is good in the morning for people whose cortisol is too high, which means they wake up stressed, or hit the ground running, super intense and too revved up. Most take it in the evening about 30 min prior to bed.
