    AMAZING

    This has to be the best supplement I’ve tried to get my estrogen levels balanced. My levels were so off due to birth control and I started taking this everyday and it’s made a huge difference!

    Definitely does the job? But did the formula change?

    I’ve been taking this for five months for my PCOS and I’ve noticed MUCH more stable moods, periods, and more restful sleep. I combine with magnesium and b vitamins as well, but I was taking those before this and didn’t have the same relief. Definitely sticking with it—although I do hope they switch back to the old formula? The last two bottles I received the liquid was a totally different color, like a light brown instead of the deep red it used to be. It tastes different too, like weak tea instead of tart berry. It’s still working, I believe, but the product is substantially different from when I started taking it which raises some questions.

    Tastes good but didnt change anything in my body

    I still deal with irregular and painful periods. My testosterone levels haven't increased so not sure if it's helped my estrogen dominance

usage recommendation

DIRECTIONS: Place one full dropper (1ml) under the tongue mornings, and repeat evenings. Hold each dose for 2 minutes then swallow. With more intense symptoms, may do up to 4 equally spaced 1ml doses per day.

I am very happy with this product. I have tried other brands of chasteberry and couldn't really tell a difference. I have Hashimoto's which put me into an early menopause at 42.
