As mentioned in our previous email, we do recommend taking the products consistently for a period of time, as they may not work immediately , especially when trying to get cortisol levels under control.
At this time, we’re unable to offer refunds on opened products. It also appears that the customer satisfaction guarantee offered through Onward was declined at checkout. That optional coverage allows customers to file a claim directly through their process for a full satisfaction guarantee.
